I received a gift certificate last March for a massage. Each of the 19 times I scheduled an appointment, Christine Burger (massage therapist) either backed out at the last minute or was a no-show. After countless phone calls and text messages the past 12 months, she finally agreed to reimburse me. Unfortunately she hasn't done that either. I believe it's a scam.
