I have the Galaxy Fold 4. There is a common issue with this phone that causes the preinstalled protection screen to lift. This location is an authorized Samsung location where they are supposed to acknowledge the free screen replacement since it is covered under the manufacturer warranty. Instead of honoring the warranty, they are charging between $50 and $80 dollars to replace the screen. They are the only location in my area that has the proper equipment to fix this issue and they are aware of it which is why they are charging people to fix their phones. This is a scam. I have tried contacting Samsung and they aren't doing anything about this. Do not go to this location.
It is owned and operated by Jeff Lennox and Matthew Wadsworth. Terrible business!
