The other thing would be to see if your credit card company has a guarantee if Item is defective they will either credit u back or start an investigation on your behalf, in my situation Amex refunded my disputed charges, plus 5 unauthorized charges that UBID decided to charge me. I would go for a class action but I think they are hovering towards Bankruptcy here very soon. U can read their proxy and see their stock which is at 2 cents.
