Basically, everything they sold me was a rip-off.
here's just 2 items:
1) I bought a keyboard advertised as new, but when I received it, it had a label on the box that said refurbished. Furthermore, it didn't work.
2) Bought car speakers advertised with "Lifetime Warranty". However, the company that backed the warranty was out of business.
One thing to watch for:
The girls that you talk to in customer service appear to legitimately want to help, but will only give you false hope. The people in management will override whatever the customer service reps tells you. Remember that!
So, I did file a complaint through the BBB. UBID fought it all the way to the end & constantly lied and everything throughout the whole ordeal. I eventually won & was refunded.
