I applied with Troy Rabidoux a local mortgage loan officer and he made promises to me up front which were not true. He waited till the day before the closing to tell me the true interest rate which was much higher than what he promosed.
He stung me along till I had no choice. He said take or or lose your down payment. I had no choice. I was very dissatisfied with his conduct and I would not recommend him to anyone.
