TriStateBid.com Joe is a liar and a bad business owner Richmond Indiana
I purchased a 67 piece set of antique china from Joe at TriStatebid.com. It arrived all broken. I immediately sent Joe pictures of the broken pieces. Over the phone he assured me a full refund including return shipping.
I stupidly paid UPS $89.24 to ship the packages back to him. He received the packages on 2/26/15 and has since refused to issue a refund. The business does not answer the phone for almost a week nor returns emails. He is disputing my paypal return even though he gave me his word on the phone.
Joe is a liar and this business is a total scam. They frequently sell on Ebay. DO NOT BUY from this shady, terrible buiness.

The owner assured me a full refund on the phone including my return shipping. Had he told me he wouldn't refund my money, I never would have returned the items at own expense, wasting more of my money on this scam of a business. He also falsely advertised what the products were. The owner of this business is an outright liar and a cheat. BUYER BEWARE OF TRISTATE BID. My lawyers are in the process of contacting him. I suggest you stear clear of this shady and illegitimate business.

The person listing this has failed to go through proper procedures as required by Ebay sales. Unaware or inapt in the process in which thing's must be handled. Instead having unreasonable demands that are out of aspect. Her order had a insurance policy that would have covered the sale since the items were damaged in shipment, however her not going through the correct order of procedures as required has thus voided such policy.
Our business as well as our ebay sales are excellant in all aspects. 1 Unhappy and unreasonable person may require a defammation lawsuit in regards to this posting as recommended by our attorney.
