Transworld Systems Inc US Treasury Bureau of the fiscal services Fraudulent debt that was resolved in 2010 & 2012 Washington DC
So the US treasury is taking from my social security 15% leaving me below the pverty line and every time I dispute the debt that was proven to be fraudulent by the bank way back in 2010 and again in 2012 and the US treasury even states in writing that the SBA did not ackowldge or respond to the dispute as required by law.
This debt was resolved when the bank, sba and myself has a call and it was determined that the debt in fact was fraud. How ever that is not good enough for the federal governement they think that if they keep passing it around to different collection agencies that it will make it ok for them to violate thier own rules on the offset program which clearly states they cannot collect or offset my ss if there is a active pending dispute.
It just goes to show that the federal government does not give a crap about people. When they act the debt was act of identity theft they expect me to keep paying. As they say until ALL agencies have determined it was identitiy theft until then they violate thier own rules and the federal laws by collecting this debt that is not mine. Thank you US goverment for standing up for the victims... NOT
