I am the owner of the 2004 Jaguar X Type license plates BIZ. My car is being repaired at Imperial Auto and should have never been towed away by the property owner as I have a open invoice for repairs on my car and it was in the lot and not on the street. I have a buyer driving in from AZ to buy my car on Saturday. I would like my car back. I have a open invoice with Imperial Auto and Truck in Henderson. I have spent 10K working on this car so it is there many times as I keep working on it. Now I am selling it and if I don't get this car back asap my lawyer has me set up to file unlawful towing paperwork as of today. Plus a complaint to the NTA regulations of towing companies. I see Redline Properties owns 1251 American Pacific Dr Suite 101, Henderson, NV 89074 where my car was towed from private property, not from a street. They refuse to answer my calls yesterday. There are 3 people who work there at Redline in CA. I have proof of my open invoice at Imperial. I have proof of chain supply issues on parts for my car which would make my car operable if the parts could arrive on time. I have proof that parts that showed up where defective for this model of my car. I have proof that via email and text that the buyer is coming here Saturday. I have proof that the buyer was in contact with my mechanic about parts for the car also.
I would like to solve this without a lawsuit against your company. I live in Lake Las Vegas close to my mechanic. I no longer trust your company and want my car towed to my house so the buyer can pick it up Saturday. If we do not reach an agreement today my lawyer will be forced to file in court against your company and the property management company as well. This was not my mechanics fault either. All these charges plus if I lose the buyer and lost that money will be part of the court filing. I really do not want it to come to that by the end of today. As of yesterday no word from them after I tried to handle this without my lawyer. They are now trying to exhort me for money. Imagine getting your car repaired and your car disappears.
