Called for service for garage door opener it was denied in May 2021 but they offered a "goodwill" payment of $150, after I had paid my $75 service fee. I still have not received my $150. In July I made a claim for my clothes dryer, they didn't even send out a repairman they had a repairman diagnosis the problem via video and send the report to them which was denied, they wouldn't provide me with a copy of his report even though I paid the $75 service fee.
They offered a cash "buyout" payment of $450 which I accepted and of course I have not received it either after multiple calls of telling me that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for both checks to be mailed I waited the 8 weeks. I was then told that it would go to the accounting department and would take another 2 weeks for them to issue the checks.
Well time is up...now when I call all my call seem to be cut off and there are no call backs. This place is such a RIP OFF AND A BIG SCAM! If there is a law suit can others from other stated join in?

mailing and emailing a copy of your Ripoff Report to your Attorney General immediately. If this happened to you, it’s probably happening to others, correct? Also send copies of your Ripoff Report to your Local News Stations and put it to the attention of: “Investigative Reporter”.
