Top Flight Media LLC topflightthreads.com aka Korey Yarc Refuses to refund after past date of 10 days.

I began talking with Korey Yarc about a merchandising purchase on 04/03/2022 I mentioned the concept and what I wanted. Korey Yarc promised delivery of 3-7 days.
I then purchased said package. He did not forward any information to the artist on date of purchase.
He now claims that this has given him additional days to deliver. This is incorrect; I spoke with him personally about all of this, and this is a lack over oversight on his behalf. When contacting the designer they had not even begun to work on anything. Instead they informed me that they had gotten caught up on other people's work.
Upon asking for a refund Korey Yarc became snarky and pompous telling me instead that the design would be done within a set time frame or that I would need to provide my litigation information to his team.
Meaning he wants me to retain litigation in order to negoiate the release of my funds...
I do not want this product as the integrity of business has been breached and I cannot safely guaruntee a good marketable product. Which will result in loss of investment and projected revenues. And can not in good faith continue to operate with this company.
