This claim has already been reported to the BBB, FTC, and various consumer advocacy agencies.

After speaking with multiple survivors (8 thus far), the females have each given testimony of a series of events that are eerily similar, with 3 specific stages in common...Tony Barkley after "interviewing" them, offers to take them out to eat, followed by shopping sprees in either Raleigh or Charlotte, concluded by an attempt to get them inebriated in order to make unwanted physical and sexual advances. Although they were all psychologically scarred in one way or another after their experiences, most declined to partake in drinking, so they fortunately were not abused further.

However, one female gave testimony of having engaged in non-consensual sexual intercourse with Tony on multiple occasions while she was under the influence of alcohol until, after experiencing a mental break down after less than one month working with the company, she resigned. She did not speak up initially out of fear.

All survivors, both male and female, have given account of paying large sums of money (ranging from $600 to $30,000 or more) with the promise of gaining access to certain "exclusive coaching services," "information," and privileges offered by Tony Barkley. The survivors have all stated that either what was promised to them was not delivered to the level of expectation set by the company, or, in the case of the females, Tony's inappropriate advances quickly made them regret having made the investment. One survivor, after requesting a refund, was told that she would only be given a partial refund if she signed a document stating that she would not speak out about Tony's sexual harassment or speak negatively about the company- she forfeited the refund in order to not be silenced.

These large investments resulted in financial stresses and psychological burdens for the survivors that still lasts to this day. All 8 survivors have and continue to submit separate statements to the appropriate outlets and authorities. The Better Business Bureau as well as Federal Trade Commission have also been made aware of the company's frequent name changes and various pseudonyms.
