There is no "confusion", I know what the paperwork on the tech-forward say's. I finally read it. But that's not my complaint. My complaint is and was I took the agents word for what he said the tech-forward was to be used for. He said the buy-back program was for Tiger Direct to buy back my computer at full price within a 2 year period towards the purchase of a new one. Now 1 year later I find out this was a lie proposed to me by your agent. Misrepresentation and fraud of purpose. The computer you allude to in your rebuttal was just as bad, I purchased a Toshiba computer in Feb of 2010 and in March of 2010 you had the same computer featured in a different brand for $200,00 less. What's wrong with that picture. I complained and you sent me the one that was, priced less. Granted it was a month newer..All in all on top of that, the infamous Danny Rodriguez who's name pops up on about 20% of the complaints that I have read online lied to me as well. He said the least Tiger Direct would do is give me a complete refund on the computer in question towards the purchase of a new one.All in all I think your a bunch of crooks. I would never purchase another product from you. You have no customer consideration. You either, lie about or ignore the facts that pertain to the issue. That's indicative of every complaint I have read about Tiger Direct on 14 different sites.I am actively participating with particular Federal and State agencies that I hope will shut you down. Your consumer relations are at best pathetic.Danny Rodriguez also said every order placed with Tiger Direct is recorded, so call me and let me hear Charlie Vasquez not saying that to me. The federal Trade Commission would probably be very interested in that statement. Your a slick company, with slick employees, making slick misleading statements about your products that can be purchased at several other large electronic chains for the same or less money. Thankfully my money is green and accepted anywhere. The only satisfaction I will have is knowing your company won't be getting any more of it.
