The Furniture Ranch Aka Vagco ripoff poor finish on furniture, promised glass like gloss, got too thin standard finish Phoenix Arizona
1) Furniture was delivered in the rain on a flat trailer with no means to protect the furniture from the elements, the furniture has water damage.
2) My wife and I picked a finish and color on the sales room floor that was fruitwood with a glass-like shiny finish, we received furniture that was not even covered with lacquer completely and in no way was similar in finish to the furniture on the sales room floor, it was a standard finish.
3) After I reported this with the Better Business Bureau, they removed all of the high gloss finish furniture from their showroom floors in an effort to hide their dishonesty.
4) I spent over $4,000.00 on bedroom furniture and it makes me sick everytime that I look at it and know that I got Ripped-Off.
The company will not take my calls anymore stating that it has done all that it can do for me. I tried diligently to work with them to resolve the issue, but they are set on doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem. The Better Business Bureau was a joke and did pretty much nothing but give them an unsatisfactory rating.
It is now going to cost me $765.00 (lowest of 4 quotes)to bring the furniture up to the level of finish that we were originally promised.
