test clear paid for overnight, 5 days late redmond washington
I paid for overnight but did not receive until 5 days later. Refused service on package because it was useless 5 days late. Test clear refused to refund even though they and fedex were 5 days late. Then test clear refused to accept returned unopened merchandize and refused to refund. They have poor customer service and dont care about thier customers. If they needed to they could write any loss off thier taxes (the box was refused and unopened by customer so how could they have a loss?)but they would rather stick it to thier customers. They know nothing about keeping thier customers happy! They only care about themselves! Buyer beware !
