Tellworks Communications, LLC TELLWORKS LOGISTICS False advertising warehouse jobs for 15$ online working new employees off the ADP Clock not recording time Stone Mountain Georgia
Tellworks Communications, LLC is a scam company and I had a bad experience working for these people. I start working at the Stone Mountain Georgia warehouse on, April 17, 2022 and they did not have us clocked in on the ADP time clock, which means I wasn't getting paid. I asked the store manager Codi or whatever his name is, why isn't my ADP employee timeclock not working?
He said I'll straighten it out dont worry about it. Get back to work I'll fix your time out later. So I worked 9 hours without being on the clock which is against wage and hour labor laws. Ok I went to work again on April 12, 2022 from 8:00am to 4:00pm right? I got there and they had us sitting there not getting paid for like 30 minutes off the clock! Keep in mind I tried to login my ADP, it said invalid user.
At this point I'm not happy and I was ready to just go back home but I stayed working. The other two new guys also complained that they could not login and check their time as well, so that sent red flags about this company's ethics and character. I again asked Codi, dude why isnt my ADP login not working right?
Why can't I login and see that I have clocked in, he got an attitude and told me dont worry about it Ill fix it later. At that point it created a problem and I didn't like what was going on. Despite that, I still worked and completed the day and my shift. When it was time to go home to check my time, I tried to login the ADP again it said invalid user cannot login, therefore I was pissed and mad cause I was at work all day and this as*hole didnt put my time in?
Ok so I confronted Codi again it became a problem and hostility with him and the other manager. I asked both of them Why are you illegally working new employees and not recording their time? I was fired the next day. I tell people do not work for Tellworks Communications, so you wont have this bad experience me and other workers had.
They put up fake job adds on indeed that are not real and its just over all a bad company. I complianed to them about them not recording time and it was ignored and they fired me for no reason out of retaliation
