When I finally received the computer an unpacked it, and plugged it in and turn it on I immediately notice that there was no internet connection, network nor WIFI I contacted the seller right away to let them know about the problem A couple of days later they told me that an adjusting cable had been sent out with the computer and I should plug it in to get the internet the network and WIFI then I told them the I had never received that adjuster and the reason I had purchased the unit was to have those items available but they insisted that the part had been shipped . Of course I went though the box and packing material and found nothing. On June 2nd they sent me a refund for $127.75 when I had paid $241.04 when I purchased the item. I just received an email from them telling me that the refund for $127.75 had been sent I reply to them right away telling the that I expected the refund for the amount a had paid which is $241.04 and they I wild give them a week to replace the whole amount. I also told them that I wanted to resolve the issue amicably but if not I was reporting them to the FCC and also contact our family attorney to take them to court and that was not a threat but a warning. Thank you
