I purchased this computer off of eBay with a year warranty to cover the computer for defects. It wasn't even 30 days and I already started have issues with a blue screen then shutting down in me. I contacted the company through ebay each time and they kept having me try to diagnose the computer myself, which I was not able to do because it wouldn't let me get to the bios or recovery screen.

I relayed this to them multiple times in which they would continue to say that should work and asked for me to send the computer to them, which I could not do due to working from home and I would not have a computer to use till they sent it back. They then had me open up my computer and check to make sure the ram was seated correctly in the computer, which I was not comfortable doing but I did it because I had no other option.

I was then told to remove one and see if it would make a difference, with it being an intermittent issue, I had to wait to see which one was bad, so that took some time, in the end both did the same thing, so we went through more communication blackout then was told they would have to have computer to fix it, but then he said he got it approved to send me new ram sticks and to send the old ones back once I received the new ones, I was out of town at that time and was not able to send back asap so I let them know.

I put new ram sticks in and it didn't fix issues. So I contacted them and they said they would have to have the computer to fix the issue. I then told them I would have to wait for a vacation with work and that I would have to buy an external hard drive to back up or transfer all my stuff to. I could not buy law let them do it do to work information.

I ended up losing all of my files on the computer because it did the blue screen and came back up with nothing while I was doing my backup, which upset me because now I have to report this to my job. So I then was told to send the computer to them and it would take 4 days to get my new computer sent back, so I took my vacation and sent them the pc, I asked for a tracking number and was never given one, just told they would expedite the shipping for 2 day and I would receive it.

I again asked for a tracking number at least 7x and they never gave me one, then I lost all communication with them, they never responded to me at all to let me know why I hadn't received my pc until 4 days passed and the sent me a message saying my message was lost in their email.

Then I again asked for the tracking number which they again didn't provide and again I had no communication until today 5/23 when they told me it was fedex fault and I would be receiving it today. I have lost my job over this and there has to be accountability for this.
