When called support I was transerred to teamviewer for assistance. $500.00 worth XBOXCards nonrefundable gave Fraud information not used when error occured and would not give refund but requested an additional $1500.00 to fix the problem with not informing prior refused to refund unless paid another $1500.00 cards
