i ARRICED AT TACO BELL AROUND 9:40 P.M. THE ORDER TAKER CLAIMED HE COULD NOT HEAR ME, SO HE STARTED TO SCREAM,LOUDLY, THEN IT TOOK HIM4 TRIS TOGET IT RIGHT, A MEXICAN PIZZA,HARD SHELL TACO SUPREME, BEAN BURRITO W/SOUR. wHEN i GOT TO THW WINDOW, THERE WERE 3 AFRICAN-american teenagers disputing a fact on the price of a taco. Well,"danny" yelled,was rude, had no repect for the youth, and threw them their taco.mind you theior car was adjacent to the drive thru window. So, I'm up, I 'm a cvery cheerful guy, made alittle joke because it seemed he was streessed abit, He ignored me and said"6.78" No please ,no thankyou nothing. Then jokingly again, i said, "you didn't offer me A DRINK"Clearly on the board it states that if we don't offer you a beverage it would be on the house.  So in a condesending attitide, he barks,"here,take this" I aske what it was, he screamed "ROOTBEER" Isaid 'never mind young man you are nasty and very unpleasent. His reply,"WHATEVER" So, I asked who was the manager, he gives me this receipt with a fax number on it and furhtermore, it was not my receipt from my order. These young people, and he looked in his early30's have no concept of customer relations, patience, a smile goes a long way , I felt unwanted, profiled, becUSE OF HIS DEALINGS WITH THE THREE BOYS BEFORE i ARRIVED. hEW CANNOT KEEP HIS EMOTIONS IN CHECK AND TAKE YOUR TIME TO do the job correctly. I want this report in this mans jacket (file) so where ever he goes to apply for a job, the manger would think twice about hiring someone who does not care for the guests and calls the bad names. He should be terminated on the spot! I will keep writing,I;m going up to the store tomorrow to make a personal report. I will write headquarters, the owner of the store, because obvisously they cannot screen the bad apples form the good ones. Give me achance to manage that store, I have a degree in Finance from New Mexico ( I'm a Lobo baby) , I have the skills to hire quality people who want to work and we could  make it a fun place to work, spruce up the colors add incentives to our senior population, give the3 kids free soda on hot days, make one day of the week free taco supreme night with free crisps. the fruits of labor are endless. But, yhou have got to get ride of the dead weight,"DANNY" he would be the first to go, unless he would be willing to be re-trained.I don't take well to young (30's) arrogrant,self-absorbed people whose job it is to make the guest feel as if they had walked into amajical place, where fun happens and the staff friendly. Please address this quickly, how many others has he done this too. "No Man is irreplacable"

You obviously can not read. Nowhere in this report does she mention the race of the employee, and nowhere in the report does she complain over price of a taco or anything for that matter, the complaint was regarding rude treatment.

She states there were 3 African Americans disputing the price of a taco at the window (obviously they were customers), and that the employee was rude to them, and then to her, which is what her complaint is about.

And as difficult as it was to make out this report, that much was obvious to anyone, except a racist moron apparently.


So I am with Stacey on this one, crawl back under your rock, and don't come out until you learn to read.

If you really graduated from U of NM with a finance degree, then why are you in the drive through of Taco Bell and being such a Jew over the price of a taco. I am no lover if negro fast food workers, but I think I have to side them on this one. Why were you harrassing them at their job? Did they come down to your job the bath house and knock that d**k out of your mouth? I think not. Time to go back to Flagstaff and hang out in the parking lot of the IHOP and get drunk with all the indians.

You should write the University and ask for your money back.  If you write to corporate taco bell they may just laugh and hang your letter up as a joke or they will do nothing because they will not understand anything you said.
