Taco Bell My Order Was Screwed Up, I Complained, And The Manager Tabitha Told Me Never To Return To The Store Richardson Texas
Firstlet me say that shift manager Tabitha does not need to be a manager, as she has absolutely no people, customer service or managerial skill. She needs to be a line worker with no interaction with customers.
One day I went to the store and ordered food. Chalupas to be exact. The flatbread was hard around the edges and clearly overcooked. It had the texture of crackers. I complained about this to Tabitha and asked for more food. She replied that nothing was wrong with the food and that I was just complaining. My reaction was like wow, are you serious? Whatever happended to the customer is always right? Whatever happended to satisfying the customer? If I tell you the food is not good, how about apologizing and replacing my food with quality food.
Well after about 5 minutes of going back and forth in the drive thru line about the food, Tabitha gives me replacement food and then shockingly tells me not to ever come back to the store.
Well a few weeks later I returned to the store. I placed a drive thru order. Tabitha took the order, I remembered her voice from the last encounter. She gives me my total and I pull up to pay for the food. She remembers me, tells me that she previously told me I was not welcomed at the store and that she would not accept my money for the order. She asks me to leave then tells me if I don't leave she will call the police.
Taco Bell are you serious? Is this the best you can do for management level employees? This girl Tabitha is an absolutely horrendous representation of Taco Bell. She needs to be FIRED immediately. In all of my years of patronizing Taco Bell I have never been treated so horribly.
Taco Bell you'd better get a handle on this girl Tabitha because she is ruining your business.
