Taco Bell K-Mac Corporations Strictly appalled. First lava sauce is discontinued but a manager and employee are married and working together, not a good example of work ethics. Harrison Arkansas
I'm a loyal customer to Taco Bell and when I learned that the company was discontinuing the lava sauce, a sauce they sold when I worked there a year ago, it made me slightly flustered. However what made me even more flustered is the on going relationship problems between mangers and employees. I do not believe it is very apporiate or professional for such unions, especially when it in dangers the work place. I encountered such things tonight. In most corporations famiily can not work together, which includes spouses, so why is it that your corpaoration can? I think it is a complete outrage. My food might have been made properly and to speculations but that doesn't overlook the interlinking unions between management and employees when it states such unions are against regulations. I'm hoping this forum will help with these inapporiate unions. Considering I believe this is one of the most on going problems in work places. thank you and I apperI ate your time.

Fast food companies are always discontinuing products to make room for new products. These companies use marketing and focus groups to determine what goes on the menu and what does not. Taco Bell is always adding new menu items to try to attract new customers, and unfortunately for that to happen, your beloved "lava sauce" had to be nicked. I am sure working at Taco Bell, you noticed that there is limited shelf space in the coolers, cold top, etc. I am shocked you do not understand a place like this would regularly swap a less popular ingredient for a new one. Next, you are worried about a relationship in a fast food restaurant? Should I assume you still have friends that work at this location? Regardless, I think you should maybe step back, look at the bigger picture, and realize how petty this complaint is. If the relationship caused a set back in your order, that is one thing, but you said the food was "made properly and to speculations." Many individuals spend a lot of time at work and it is one of the few places they can build their social lives. Maybe someday you will become a "manger" at a restaraunt and meet an employee who you will want to be in a relationship with. This is a Taco Bell. People have lives. Get over it.
P.S. I have over ten years experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.

BTW, that lava sauce must have warped your mind and you're lucky they discontinued it.

If the employees want to have a relationship with a "manger" (sic) how does that concern you? You do know that mangers are filled with straw and animals and sometimes a baby in swaddling clothes don't you?

First obviouslt Taco Bell did not wish to continue carrying the LAVA sauce. Secondly, what business is it of yours if CURRENT employees get marries. Are you FULLY informed as to the COMPLETE policy on interpersonal relationships?? No probably not. Lastly its none of your business. If the DM or Rm has signed off on it, all your doing is posting to cause DRAMA!!! Save that drama for your momma cause shes the only one who cares.
Having a relationship blossom at work is NOT unheard of as most people spend most of thier time at work. The only time it causes a conflict of interest is if they are working the same shift. If they work opposite shifts there is no DIRECT conflict of interest. Stop trying to cause issues because you are as transparent as glass. You are an EX-EMPLOYEE. So your post only holds so much credibility. If you were ACTUALLy concerned you wouldnt be posying on a website, you would have called the DM.
