Complaint Review: Syzygy Global Inc - Boynton Beach

SYZYGY took about $13,000 from me, claiming that they needed the deposit in order to buy the hardware required for the job. The company took about 8 months to finally come up with a drawing for the job, but the drawing didn't match the area of my patio; the company tried to charge me additional fees when I informed the project manager who was sent to my house to review the measurement because it was never the work the company and I agreed upon.

The company later on provided me with a hand written modification that was made to my project without my approval and the company also denied even putting the slab with the footer required for the job which they and I agreed on. Because I realized that I was being scammed by the company, I ended up asking for a refund because the company's action violated the contractual agreement which we agreed upon.

The CEO was furious and he asked me if he could fix the issue, but also denied completing the total work his company and I conceded to. The company ended up stealing my money and the CEO name, Jason Herring lied to me for about two months, claiming that he mailed me out a check for the refund of the job and later on when I never received any check from him, he started claiming that his accountant wired the money to my bank account, but no money was ever sent back to me.

He kept asking me to sign documents and the fact that his accountant would also e-mail documents, but no e-mail was even sent to me and he also claimed that his email sever would not let him send me a small file attachment. When I confronted him about his constant lies, he resulted to screaming at me. I had to record all my written and verbal encounters with him for proof.

He even cussed me out during a call when I insisted that I would have reported him to the county and state for fraud. He also threatened to sue me if I kept telling that he was lying to me, eventhough he lied to me about all matters related to the job over 30 times. At the current moment, the company is still holding on to my money and is refusing to give it back to me.

When I posted a complaint only on Facebook, Yelp, Better Business Bureau, and other websites where complaints can be submitted, Jason called me 5 minutes after that and promised that he would have given me back my money the next if I removed the post. It's been more than one week one and Jason Thomas Herring continues to lie to me about his never-ending appointments and other important people that he has to meet.

He continue to slur profane language towards me when I expressed my displeasing with his actions. He claimed that he will sue me and he doesn't care how much money it will cost to sue me, he'll do it. I have never met such a pathological liar to the degree of Jason Thomas Herring; he's extremely manipulative and when he gets called on his lies, he loses control of his emotions.

I truly believe that Jason Thomas Herring needs serious therapy for his sociapathic traits and pathological lying behoavior.
