I too have been taken by this website. After seeing an actual news broadcast on HLN I thought I would check it out. I signed up, entering my CC info thinking it would be used if I won an auction. I did not see any sign of being charged $159 for a "membership" fee. only to realize this after clicking "ok" I got on their live chat feature only to find I was talking to some bot, or someone that is trained to give automated responses. After spending 5 minutes short of 3 hours (YES... 3 HOURS) with this live chat, I was still left unhappy. I have seen online that they were able to get a live chat person to refund their money. but the one I got said I had to send in their 4 page refund form, and then call exactly 28 days later to confirm. I don't understand if they can take it out of my account immediately, why they cannot refund it. they call themselves a retail store so the need a signaturefor a refund, so I asked where I could find this store so I could see all the wonderful products they offer, and she couldnt give me an address.

I called my CC company and they said they will take the charges off, we'll see what happens

Jennifer,

I see that I got the same auto response that everybody and their mother got while having problems with swipeauctions. If you would have taken the time to read my live chat, you would have known that I sent you an Email last night. but instead, you took it upon yourself to give me that same generic answer that everyone gets. I am happy to report that I contacted my CC company, and they took the charges off. I hope the owner of this company gets locked up for a long time. and jennifer, go get a job that provides real customer service, instead of dealing with this dead beat company. If your company wanted to provide real customer service, and have "100% satasfaction" as your site states, they would just provide your email to begin with, or allow live chat to refund the money scammed away from these people. (which I know they already have the power to do) I will also be sending an Email to HLN news for broadcasting this story. for a legit news company to endorse a company like yours, is unacceptable. I'm willing to bet they got a nice chunk of change for the news cast. In closing, my only wish is that you get a conscience, and realize what you are doing to people in this hard economy. I'm thinking I should invest in NyQuil, as you probably take a nice healthy dose before bed so you can sleep at night.
