Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I first called the San Antonio office about this on 06-16-2021.  The phone rang a few times and someone picked up the phone and groaned as if they either just woke up or they were really irritated that they had to pick up the call.  Whoever it was didn't say anything.  I finally said 'Hello'?  Someone smacked their lips (maybe they were eating?) A girl answered with a hello and I asked if this was Sweetwater and she said yes.  I asked if she answered the phone like this usually.  I don't remember if she said anything or not but I just hung up.  I knew I would not be able to continue with the call and remain calm after what seemed to me to be one of the most unprofessional few seconds with whoever was on the other end of the line.

I then called the 800 number and was, unfortunately, transferred back to the San Antonio office.  This time no one answered (I wondered if they have caller ID and recognized my number and because of that didn't pick up) and I left a voice message, stating I needed the filters replaced and my phone number.

After a few days with no returned called, on June 19, 2021 I went on to their website to see if there was another way to contact them.  I couldn't find an email contact anywhere, but if you want them to come to you home to test your water, yes, you can do that online.  They have a way, so I sent a message in their "Contact Us" page.  I left a message stating the same basic message as I did above.  It's now been almost 2 weeks and they have yet to get back with me.

I seems that after their "marks" purchase their $8,000 +/- water softener system, they really don't want to help you at all.  I would be EXTREMELY wary of this company.  Their water softener is great, don't get me wrong, but their service after the sale is probably one of the worst I've ever had to deal with.  It seems that since the replacement filters only cost about $200 each time they need replaced, it's really not worth it for them to help you with that.

OR, maybe it's just the San Antonio office that is so poorly run/staffed and all the rest are absolutely great.  It seems I made a very expensive mistake going with this company.  Buyer's remorse isn't fun at all and water that absolutely reeks isn't either.
