Super Arbor Ordered a Kitchen Faucet for $279.71 & paid for shipping & did NOT deliver. CA
Never delivered. After constant emails requesting updates they sent back appologies for delays. Told me once it shipped I'd get confirmation & tracking but it never happened.
After a couple of months I told them to cancel it & requested a refund. Then they went silent, no refund. I filed the complaint with my credit card company but then these guys came back to the credit card company disputing the claim saying they delivered it. But no proof.
Now I need to file all the emails etc that this croocked company sent me expaliningb the fact it was delayed & not yet sent.
Waste of time & definitely not an honest company to deal with.
