On January 22, 2018 at 10:05 a.m. I ordered three (3) HDTV Antenna’s and one (1) HDTV Antenna Amplifier but they charged me for an additional HDTV Antenna.  On January 22, 2018 between around 10:15 Mario a representative from my charge card company questioning if I knew about these charges, his number was 888-918-7313. I told him yes, I had just placed the order.  I then went on the computer and found out that people were stating this particular product was a SCAM.  I then contacted Card Services about my concerns and wanted them to cancel the charges.  They stated I would have to contact the company.  On January 22, 2018 at 11:13 a.m. I contacted the company’s customer service phone number 1-716-330-1335 in which to cancel my order.  I was never able to acquire a real person to talk to and left a message.  The companies name on my printout is Strong Current Enterprises Limited, 19021 Crawford Street, Dept 706, London, W1H 1PJ, CoC Number  - 7245331, VAT Number – NL823330692B01. Another name that shows for the company on my bill is Brightrays.biz.  I also emailed them several times at [email protected] with no results. 

I ordered them on January 22, 2018, and cancelled them the same day within a couple of hours of ordering them.  I contacted them by phone and by e-mail 1-22-18, 1-28-18 and 1-30-18. The items came on February 2, 2018.  

The Antennas came from: Strong Current, P.O. Box 4701, Pacoima, CA91333-4701 with a phone number of 1-818-492-2760.  I called that number and the woman that I spoke with gave me another customer service phone number to contact which was 866-995-7188 and I spoke to Michael.  I asked Michael for the return address and he stated he would need my information first.  I stated I just want the return address for these items.  He couldn’t find my account using my order numbers but asked me for my phone number which I gave him then he asked me for my e-mail address which I didn’t give to him then he asked me for the first 6 and last 4 numbers of my charge account number used.  It was then I stated “NO”  I’ll contact my charge card company.  Come on, what is going on with this company?  The address I was told to return them to is Postbus 2202, 06670 AEZETTEN, Netherlands.
