Street Smart VA Jose Bautista and Alex Scam me out of $30000 Fredricksburg Virginia
My husband and I Purchased a 2010 Ford Flex from Street Smart VA on 4/01/2022; $3000 down and have not had the car in our possession for more than 48hrs. I was told not to tell the loan company about the catalytic converter and they would fix at no cost to me.
After test driving the vehicle I told the salesman about the air not working also; he told me that he would have the on-site mechanic to take a look at it and fix it. We waited an additional hour to “supposedly” have the air fixed. After the purchase we were told to bring the car back that Monday to have the catalytic converter fixed we did that.
When we got the car home the air was still not working and the catalytic converter was not fixed. We took the car to be diagnosed and below is the results. TOTAL LABOR $: 1807.28 TOTAL PARTS $: 3374.16 TOTAL GOG $: 0.00 TOTAL MISC. $: 44.95 TOTAL TAX $: 205.15 --------------------------------
ESTIMATE TOTAL $: 5431.54 We have four kids; coming out of a pandemic and this is how they treat and take advantage of customers. The lady at the desk is a liar and the salesman has been rude; left me on hold; and blocked my call.
The owner Jose Bautista had me bring the car to him 2 weeks ago to be fixed. It is now June 24 and he us now blocking my call; not returning my call and still have my car. I had the 2010 Ford Flex inspected by state police and was told that it should have not passed inspection. My FAMILY COULD HAVE BEEN FOUND ON THE ROAD DEAD.
