My company was contacted by 1 stop several months ago to perform some maintenance and install some clothing racks in a high end gift shop. Our Tech's were onsite within a few hours and completed all the requested tasks the same day. We were promised by the "rep" at 1 stop that we would be paid within 30 days. Approx 2 months later, we tried to inquire as to the whereabouts of our promised pay. We started by calling the EXACT same person that promised to pay us within 30 days.. That's where the ridiculous UN-professional run-around began.. The rep did a complete flip-flop and said that she has nothing to do with payments and we had to contact accounts payable directly. We were also informed that accounts payable does NOT talk on the phone and the one and only way to contact them is through email..  We immediately sent an email inquiry which was read by Monica in accounts payable but NOT responded to at all.. We then had to start researching the company and who we could possible contact to get them to act in a professional manner and live up to their end of our binding contract. After spending several days we finally got in touch with the "self righteous" CEO Brett. In a message to us, Brett actually offered to pay us with a gift card. We refused the grossly UN-professional gift card offering along with any gum-wrappers, magic beans, and baseball cards instead of payment..  It became obvious the staff is instructed to call him "THE CEO" as some kind of power trip. The payment was already very late and in complete and TOTAL BREECH of our contract. We were then copied in an email from the mity CEO to Monica to wait another week before cutting the check. all of this nonsense seemed extremely unprofessional so we asked Monica if this was standard procedure and confirmed that Brett demands that everything be done in this grossly unprofessional manner.. . We patiently waited the additional week and again inquired of Monica as to the whereabouts of our EARNED PAYMENT... The run-around continued and all fingers pointed back at the mity CEO, Brett. They are now months late and are no longer replying to our inquires.... LET'S PUT THESE DISGUSTING LOW-LIFE  THIEVES OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!
