I have been working with Staci a little over 2 months now, I had filed a claim with the apartment complex they work with due to a fall injury at Lowry Heights Apartments in Denver Colorado. Everything started off good for the first 2 weeks , and ever since she has played this game "By the end of the week we will have this settled" she doesn return phone calls, she has never called me back like she says she will, she always runs into a "problem" whether it is a wrong fax number - which I have heard that excuse twice for 2 different people who needed to get her documents. Her claim rep Terry Kolstad has taken well over a month to get the report back to her which thats all she needed. well then she needed a bill which then she was provided, then the hospital didnt send what they had to because they had the wrong fax number and she would call me by the end of the day - she never did. I have been given the run around for to long. I have lost mobility in my hand and could lose it due to her neglagence . I will go to every news channel, consumer act, and ripoff report until justice is served. She does not keep any word she says and seems to just be full of hot air. Maybe some public media intervention will help. Nothing else is.
