My billing cycle ended on 4/17. I cancelled all services and returned equipment on 4/21. On 5/24, I received my final statement for $144.67 (nothing past due).

 What did the actual policy say, the benefits, exclusions and deductible terms which he READ before he AGREED to buy it??? I think we all know the answer to that question!
