Overcharge for Computer repair services.

I purchased a computer from So.Florida Tech Group

on 9/10/16 and received it on 9/16/16. Several programs were installed on the computer including Malwarebytes. The total cost of the computer was

$871.98. On 9/14/16 I signed and paid for a service contract to remotely fix the computer if there were any problems.

On 1/18/17 my computer crashed. STFG removed it from my home for repairs. I agreed to the "On-Site Authorization Form" in the amount of

$455.88.When they brought back my computer on 1/20/17, they made a copy of my credit card and I signed believing believing I was signing for the amount on the On-Site Authorization form. There were no other amounts indicatated. They also never gave me a credit card receipt.

When I received my credit card statement I was billed $837.39. I called SFTG to question the bill. I spoke to Kori Ellis., Director of Operation *************. SHE said at the time that I authorized that Microsoft Word be installed. I did not and nowhere in my paper work does it appear. I called the credit card company to dispute the difference between what I authorized $455.80 and the $837.39.

On February 20,2017 at about 9:30am a message was left on my answering machine by Ms. Kori Ellis

that they wanted\ the name of my lawyer so that

they could have Process Server serve Demand Letter because of theft of service for Word, Malwarebytes and Hitman. We paid for Malwarebytes when we purchased the computer and

Hitman was included in the $455.80 which was paid to the credit card company on 2/17/17.

She said the cost of Microsoft Word was $318.

According to my research the most expensive Word is about $ 229.00.

In my two phone calls, there was no effort for reconciliation just threats and harassment.

The Microsoft Word installed eventually showed as COUNTERFEIT, they will not issue me a key.

The Laptop was listed on Amazon for $299. Marked up $500.
