Bought two winter coats in November 2022. After 8 weeks their tracking number showed the coats were delivered but they were not. After contacting them we had 3 people email responses saying the coats were delivered and we should check around the mailbox and ask neighbors. We live in a rural area and the nearest neighbor is miles away. We also have CCTV cameras on all buildings and there was no delivery on the day and time their tracking claims. They refuse to offer a refund or my purchased items. They wont even find out the exact location my coats were delivered- if they even showed up from China like they claim. They will send you the sweetes English BS for responses with no action. No items. No refunds. We are seniors and have limited money and need winter coats! Had we only researched this so called company before buying thin air we may not have been so cold this year. Research who you re doing business with before sending away your money!!
