Sony has false advertised this TV as having true 4K resolution at 120Hz. They also advertised that it will have ALLM and VRR features with an update, but it has been a year now, and no features implemented yet.

Sony refuses to acknowledge the ongoing issue of 4k at 120Hz. They released a "patch" that first blurred the image, and then another firmware update that sharpened the image. Still, this TV is not capable of displaying full 4k while running at 120Hz, like it was advertised.

Filed a BBB complaint and they refuse that anything is wrong with the TV. Yet there are ongoing discussions with lots of users at AVSFORUM that show this TV has these issues. The X900H thread on that forum, has all the users going on for months about these issues, and Sony fails to acknowledge them.

Sony is a terrible company for defrauding users. I want this TV fixed or replaced for a known good working TV with these features!
