Do not buy from Sleep number!!!!  Our pump was broken after 7 years (purchased in 7/15, and now is 11/22), and the bed is deflated.  The part is on back order with no ETA, but they want me to pay for it ahead of time in order to be on-line to get the pump.  When I asked how long has the part been on back order, they told me since April 2021.  

This is a $7K king size bed with less than 10 years.  When I brought the bed, they told me it has a warranty of 15 years.  So why I have to pay for the part?  I don't mind I will pay just so I can sleep on the bed.  Then I have to pay for something ahead of time with no ETA? So now I have a $7K bed I am not able to sleep on and not sure when it will be fixed.  DO NOT BUY THIS BED!!  It is good when it is working.  I am now stuck with an expensive bed that can not be sleep on.  DON'T BE A SUCKER.  I AM, and I regret it.
