I purchased a three month subscription with slay glam box in September 2019. At that time I asked for the subscription to start in October 2019, to which Rasha Broussard (owner) agreed.

Unfortunately, she never changed the billing schedule. So on December 1, 2019 I was charged for a second three month subscription, without the first three month subscription being fulfilled.

I had only received two of the three boxes I paid for. I have contacted this company numerous times since December 2019.

The few times that they respond to me through email or instagram, they say they will resolve the matter and I never here from them again nor do they follow through. 

They have had more than two dozen complaints of missing boxes on their IG account. Also many poor reviews for missing boxes and lack of customer service, on Cratejoy.

The incompetence is astounding!

On July 1, 2020, I gave them seven days to refund my money or have the current box at my door.

I did get a response on the night of July 2, 2020 asking which option I wanted. I replied back immediately. Again, no response. (It is now the July 7, 2020 deadline)
