Complaint Review: Cat - Internet

I am going to report you as fraudulent to my bank and show them below info from federal rip off report website I am also filing a report and emailing this email to Dr Oz show hoping he will choose to no longer promote this product and to Christie Brinkley. I feel you should do the right thing credit me full price for cream don't charge me or ship eye vibe cancel me completely by the way the gentleman I spoke to accused me of lying that I returned product because us postal should give me a tracking number for something I mailed myself which is insane their are other complaints on other sites too about your fraud chgs and products which are below average. My free trial is going to cost me $31.00 plus return shipping. Internet I ordered a free trial of the skin element and eye vibe products supposedly by paying $10.90 for shipping and handling. Turns out if I had read the fine print at the bottom of the page or the lengthy terms of agreement(only visible if you clicked on tiny word terms) I would have discovered that I was enrolling in a monthly subscription costing nearly $200 a month. Turns out I had until the 15th day from date of order to cancel or I would be charged the full amount for these product. I only discovered this when the first charge of $97 for the cream appeared. Now to get a refund of $77 I must return the remaining product at my own expense and pay a $20 restocking fee. None of this is explained in confirming emails or in the package when it arrives. My free trial is going to end up costing me $30.90 plus return shipping. Besides that my Mary Kay works better and doesn't cause pimples to break out on my 62 year old face. I ordered a sample of cream and eye vibe it burned my skin to the point it peeIed so returned it thru us postal service you charged me 95.00 without authorization I called into Cust service the gentleman had no compassion at all and offered to give me fifty percent refund but still is going to charge me for eye vibe.
