SK Customs Car Audio & Home Theater Shahe Akyan They charged me $8k and provided me a stereo that didn’t work and they refuse to fix it or answer my calls. They are Scammers and Do not Trust This Company. Shahe Akyan is the owner. Johns Creek Georgia
Shahe Akyan is the owner of this company. They charged me $8k for a stereo system with all the bells and whistles. When I received my vehicle back and the guy who checked me out told me they would give me $500 credit for my old system. I agreed. When I got home with my new system I noticed there was rattling in the doors and then all of a sudden my stereo went out. It continued like this until I was able to take it back to the shop. When I arrived they told me to take my old equipment back that they would not give me a credit and when they gave it to me they stole 2 of my old amps. I asked about the amps and they said we threw them away. I knew this sounded very suspicious to me. They told me they fixed my stereo and told me everything was working. However when I received my stereo the sound was muffled and when i drove off the stereo went out again. I called them back immediately and they told me they would not honor my warranty anymore because I made a negative review about them. So now they have my $8k and all I have is a bad stereo that doesn't work. This company is a rip off.
