i RECENTLY TOOK MY TOYOTA IN THE JIM WHITE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP ON CENTRAL AVE. AND GOT RIPPEDOFF. I GUESS MY FIRST MISTAKE WAS GIVING THIS DEALERSHIP A SECOND CHANCE AFTER THEY ALMOST RUINED MY ENGINE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO BY OVERFILLING MY OIL DURING AN OIL CHANGE BY MORE THAN A QUART. IT WAS INCOMPETANCE THEN BUT NOW THEY JUST SIMPLY SCAMMED ME. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO HONOR THE AGREEMENT IF THEY SAY THEY WON'T FIX THE CAR UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE.

DO NOT EXPECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE IF YOU DO DECIDE TO BRING IN A COUPON. NOT ONLY MIGHT THEY NOT HONOR IT BUT THEY MIGHT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A SECOND CLASS CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU TRIED TO USE ONE. IN FACT DO NOT BE SURPRISE AT ALL WHEN YOU REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN LIED TO ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE OR SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT APPEAR MECHANICALLY INCLINED.FUNNY HOW THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TWO SEPARATE TECHNICIAN DRIVE MY CAR TO CHECK ON PROBLEMS WITH THE DRIVE SHAFT WHEN MY CAR SHOWED THE SAME EXACT MILEAGE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF AND WHEN I PICKED IT YOU. FUNNY HOW MY TRUNK LOCKED JAMMED UP AGAIN ONLY A WEEK AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT.

FUNNY HOW ONE STAFF CLAIMED THEY ROUTINELY NSPECT FUEL EMMISIONS,DRIVES, HOSES, VALVES AND ETC BUT DID NOT INDICATE ON THE RECEIPT THAT THESE ITEMS WERE CHECKED WHICH I DID SPECIFICALLY PAID FOR. ALSO, I HAD PAID FOR AN AIR FILTER WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE AND HAD TO GO BACK AND POINT IT OUT. WHEN THEY DID CHANGE MY FILTER, THEY TRIED TO KEEP MY OLD FILTER WHICH WAS PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW.IT BOTHERS ME WHY THIS ONE EMPLOYEE WOULD KEEP MY FILTER SAYING "IT LOOKS BRAND NEW, I'M KEEPING IT".

I PICTURE HIM PUTTING THIS FILTER IN THE CAR OF AN UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMER AND CHARGING THEM FOR THE PRICE OF A NEW ONE.BASICALLY, THIS DEALERSHIP HAS UNSCRUPOLOUS EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE DEPT WHO DOES NOT REALLY GIVE A HOOT ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR.I HAVE DEFINITELY LEARNED MY LESSON AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN EVERYONE OF THE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES I HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPT.

ONE LAST THING, THE REGULAR PRICE OF A TUNE UP ALSO APPEARS TO CHANGE FROM HOUR TO HOUR DEPENDING ON WHO YOU TALK AND DEPENDING ON IF YOU HAVE A COUPON.
