Sequinow Sequinow misrespresented products and will not refund as promised Perpignon
I ordered few line items of clothing from their website on June 21, 2022 using my MC. I chose these items because on the picture quality and their description that is was cotton/linen wear for summer. The items were delivered week of July 18th, 2022; however, the items were a cheap slippery polyester.
They were not as on the picture, meaning the style and color was incorrect and even though the size on the individual items related to the size I ordered, the items were much smaller than their size charts claimed. I requested a refund via the customer service email on their website.
They responded right away and said they would offer me $40 USD if I did not return. I paid $114 USD so I said no, I want a refund. They did not respond. You cannot just mail the items back either because the address on their website is not the returning address, they said.
You need the address from customer service or they will not honor any refunds.
