Sold them a computer, and they kept both the item and my money. Refuses to reissue a check stating it is their policy to not do that. Also this company mentioned that there was a stop payment on the check - so they keep the money owed to me and also keep the item I sold to them.
If my bank finds the date on the check to NOT be a problem and lets me deposit it, then the issue is that they don’t want to pay me, after they keep my item and profit off of it. The money for an item sold belongs to the customer or they can turn it over to the state but they claim some mysterious policy that they won’t send a new check.
They came up with this mysterious policy themselves. This is a very bad business practice.
