Complaint Review: SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING HSBC BANK JOSEPH T COHN - SALT LAKE UTAH

TAMPA.- Employees of clerk of the Court are part of a major case of fraud by receiving payment from bank and lawyers to record false documents, misplace files, disappear evidence, to help Bank to claim property rights in wrong foreclosure cases, according to an homeowner victim of this type of fraud.

The recent case of Fraud involve HSBC BANK USA as Trustee, Select Portfolio Servicing, Josepth T. Cohn and Benjamin Brown of Quarles Brady Law Office of Naples and Hillsborough County Clerk’s employees that have been defrauding the court legal system.

The Banks pay Hillsborough County Clerk’s employee to disappear, delete, replace files to support their criminal activities of fraud, to ripoff homeowners.

“There is not decorum, ethical, transparency at Hillsborough County Clerk at 13th Judicial County Court of Tampa”, said Frank Greer victim of a Third (3) Wrong Foreclosure.

The wrong foreclosure was initiated by Quarles & Bradlys attorney Joseph T. Cohn and Benjamin Brown on behalf of a purported Note Holder HSBC BANK USA, falsely claim of ownership on the property, who has been accuse of fraud to court.

Mr. Greer who has battled against HSBC BANK USA TRUSTEE for 11 years, discovered that files of the dismissed case # 10-CA-00562, closed in 2016, was recently changed to introduce a purported copy of Mortgage Note. The new note is totally different to one filed by the bank in 2015.

On June 11 2018 HSBC BANK USA and its lawyer Josepth T. Cohn and Benjamin Brown of Quarles Brady Law Office were accused of fraud to court, according Motion to Strike Plaintiff Pleadings and for Sanctions base on Fraud on the Court. HSBC BANK is been claiming ownership on Mortgage, with fake endorsement stamp fraudulently added to the Mortgage Note recently, as the wrong foreclosure case #18-CA-000015 fiels show up.

Court Records shows the clear intention of Joseph T Cohn to commit fraud to court by filing electronically a false documents of endorsement (Mortgage Note) to change a closed case, abusing the legal system, to avoid accusation of fraud by Mr. Greer’s lawyer, Tirya Tribble.

According John Rickerson, Manager of Customer Public View of the clerk court, the Mortgage Note was scanned and changed on June 12, 2018. Later, Mr. Greer discovered that was Rickerson who redacted and replace purported Note. The new copy of the purported Mortgage Note has the intention to add fake stamp of endorsement, to avoid the pending accusation of fraud.

“Josepth T. Cohn and Benjamin Brown of Quarles Brady Law Office are the mastermind of this fraud, corrupting court clerk employees to disappear , misplace, change files to be able to proceed with their fraudulent complaint of foreclosure”, said Greer.

On September 2016 the entire file was vanished and leaving in the folder just a purported copy of the Mortgage Note, which did not have any endorsement. After the dismissal of the case, the supposed original documents was returned to Mr. Cohn.

In a desperate move, Quarles and Brady and Select Portfolio Service on July 18 2018 , filed a affidavit supposedly signed Dough Bakke, Deputy Clerk administration to justify the crime to defraud the court system, changing files and records, in case dismissed and closed in 2016 to cover up HSBC Bank’s false claim and fraud to court . The Affidavit showed that Mr. Bakke lie under oath.

Since 2014 Select Portfolio Servicing has paid $ 135, 000.00 to corrupt justice, trying to support a fraudulent claim to foreclosure against Mr. Greer’s property. Quarles & Brady its lawyers received $$55, 999.05.

Mr. Greer ask Pat Frank, The Hillsborough County Clerk to open an investigation to bring justice against those corrupt employees behind this fraud , and also sanctions against Quarles Brady Law office and its lawyers Joseph T Cohn and Benjamin Brown.
