My wife and I planned for 12 months to take a 5 day beach trip. Since Destin, FL has gotten so crowded, we decided to find a place we hadn't been before. Perdido Key, Pensacola, Florida. We viewed condo units and settled on Unit 403 at Seaspray Condominiums.
Upon arriving, this unit was pitiful. Walking through the door the air conditioning was completely out. This air unit is so old and had been rewired and patched so many times rather than being replaced 20 years ago like it should have been. I don't know how it ever ran.
We've spent 3 nights at 80°with everything booked close for Labor Day. Not a word from the owners, "Julie and Bill." Old rusted Washer, dryer, faded art work on walls, were the least of our worries. Unit owners have collected money and ignored the condition of the place. I can't speak for other units here but heed my advice, "DO NOT rent unit 403 at Seaspray, Perdido Key.
You and your family deserve better! Write up and deceptive pics made the place appear to be exactly what we've worked for a YEAR to stay ar, but it's a Dump!. Obvious money hungry owners who could care less. Very, very disappointing!
