When you call, you get different people. They all tell you something different. Why sell a protection agreement for an area where you have no techs? They have a rule that you cant have food spoilage coverage unless a tech looks at it first and they cant send a tech because they don't have one for your area. I had a house full of company for a week over Christmas and they did not care.
They promise to give you a new refrigerator if they can't fix it, yet in the fine print, it requires 7 service calls first. They don't have enough qualified techs to honor the agreement you purchase. It is a huge rip-off. It is not my fault that the tech couldn't come and I had to buy a new refrigerator. Stay clear of this company!
