we never gave them the stove model or serial#
Sears Home Repair Transform SR Brands LLC Never intended to fix out stove. Hoffman Estates Illinois
The repair man from Sears came to our home. We told him what was wrong with our stove. We said it was sparking from the right front and back burner.
He said it was not repairable because the stove was too old and proceeded to blame us for what was wrong with the stove and then tried to sell us a home warranty!
He said the repair would cost 755 dollars and we should just buy a new stove and waited to see if we would agree or not. we were charged over 85 dollars to have this man come into our home and rip us off for Sears. He even tried to sell us on buying a new stove from him. Talk about a scam. He had no intention of repairing our stove. The receipt emailed to us said our stove was a year old and it isnt.
There website doesnt even give you an option of stating the description of the appliance our how old it is.
