Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

These were silk socks, and the tops were full of loose and dangling treads.  They were either factory seconds or just cheaply made items.  When contacted they first stated:

"These threads can be clipped off. We are sorry that they were not clipped before being sent to you."

As if I am responsible for their poor product or they were trying to minimize the poor quality of their product.  I insisted they should replace them or credit me for the issue, they would only replace them if I paid for the shipping of the replacement.

I had already paid the the original shipping, and the cost of the return shipping, and now they would not correct these tatered sock tops.  After all that, they offered a store credit.  That's a ripoff.  Why would I want to buy something from them again, knowing that if there is a problem?  Why rund the risk of getting ripped off again?  Why throw good money after bad money spent of a junk product?

All the time spent trying trying to get them to do the right thing, it was a waste.

They just want your money and will not stand behind their low grade quality products. Be aware that if you have a problem you will be left holding the bag and be out of your hard earned cash.
