STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMMER SCUM. THEY ARE OUT TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY BY CHARGING YOU EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS FOR UNNECESSARY WORK THAT THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER DOING. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
THEY UNNECESSARILY CHARGED ME $600. IN LABOR TO REPLACE A SMALL COOLANT HOSE THAT SHOULD HAVE JUST COST MAYBE $200.
My Lexus blew a small coolant hose that I needed fixed right away. Scott worked on my other car in the past on a minor issue and did ok then so I wanted to give him a chance to build a relationship for future work. However, he and his service writer, Mustafa, turned out to just be LYING SCAMMERS that cheated me out of several hundred dollars from excessive charges for work that was completely unnecessary and they didn't even do!
The .25" hose that ruptured was located in front of the motor just under the front of the intake manifold and snakes up to a connection above the motor. They charged me over $600. to do this job stating that the intake manifold needed to be removed to gain access to the hose. THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE! After I got the car back I looked at it more closely and discovered that the hose was simply maneuvered up and through openings by the hose connections. THEY NEVER EVEN MOVED INTAKE MANIFOLD AT ALL!

Theres 1 open claim against them 2020 and BBB shows A rating With how the industry is thats not bad Maybe it was something else that week that went on Have you filed any reports with the state government?
