I purchased 2 Roblox Gift Cards. One for $20.00 and one for $25.00.  After numerous times to trying to redeem without being able to I contacted Roblox.  First they said they were already redeemed. Next they said that they credited account $25.00. Next they said they credited account $45.00.  They did not do any of these things.

 Hi Scott! I had the same thing happen to a gift card last week. My daughter put in the gift card code and it said there was a problem. Then she did it again and it said it was redeemed already. I contacted customer service and it looks like someone had hacked the gift card. Customer service sent me the player account that the gift card had been applied to which was not my daughters account. They sent me back an email stating that they did credit my daughters account for 25.00 but when I had my daughter check it was not showing (while in game).

To make a long story short....customer service sent me a link to roblox.com. When my daughter went there (you may need to sign in with credentials), we looked below where gift card number would be entered and it had "convert to robux” and showed the 25.00 credit. We hit convert and she then had her robux. I would never have know that you needed to do that before you would see the credit in the actual game.
