Robert Halliday is a long term scammer and theif. He has lived off these proceeds for the last ten years at least. He is english and moved to indonesia to work in boiler rooms. after stealing from someone there he had to relocate. He moved from vietnam to cambodia after another theft. in cambodia he worked in boiler rooms for about 5 years and stole from at least one other friend several tens of thousands.
He then found a person in a vulnerbel position and acting as a friend gained access to a large some of bitcoin, since then he has disappeared. He has come on the internet to boast of he crimes saying what big balls he has and how people are jealous of his bravery, he claims to be in thailand now. It is possible he has joined up with boiler room connections there but more likely he is living with a friend in poipet in cambodia, or posably sihinukville.
He has a passion for gambolling and its unlikely he is living anywhere where there are no casinos and poker. He has managed to stay off these types of sites by claiming people have grudges against him. They certainly do. He has stolen at least 2 people's saving I know of and by his own account many others.
Not to mention the multiple people he has scammed working in boilder rooms. He is easily identified by being about 30 stone and so overweight he is unable to climb stairs. He is slightly retarded to talk to.
