After seeing this report & amp; other similar falsehoods spread on social media world renowned actor, singer, Grammy nominated songwriter, manager, Emmy nominated producer & amp; promoter Rob Halprin litigated these defamatory remarks in a U.S. Court of Law; FL District 5, Lake County, Case # 2021-CA-791 & nbsp; & nbsp;- There were 4 counts litigated. The Judge struck 3 counts immediately upon the opening of the trial finding them false & amp; Mr. Halprin innocent. & quot;ValGalPal & quot; was admonished by the Judge for her repeated outbursts finally being removed from the Courtroom altogether. Obviously the 3 counts struck by the Judge ended in NOT GUILTY results. The 4th count the Judge felt was soooooo egregious he awarded the Valerie Carter Estate the whopping sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. It was a frivolous lawsuit at best, & quot;ValGalPal; & quot; Kathy Kurasch being removed from the Courtroom TWICE by the Judge for continual non evidentiary outbursts from the gallery the finality of this action was 3 NOT GUILTY COUNTS for Mr. Halprin, the 4th count the Judge in his hometown kindness awarded the plaintiffs $100.00 - It was proven in Court Mr. Halprin WAS Valerie Carter & #39;s best friend, confidante, initially her business manager and eventually her Record Producer and Manager. Mr. Halprin has been nominated for a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe. Simply read his Wikipedia page, there are links to all these artists, all these awards, all these nominations and all these facts right there for you to read. Some very I’ll, very jealous person must have written this obscenely false "rip off” report. That’s why they didn’t use their name. It’s all completely false nonsense written by a very clearly mentally ill, jealous person.
