I contacted this company back in Sept of last year. I wanted a couple of websites designed (though they really needed an upgrade, they were already online) and some social media marketing.
Well, three months later and constant communication, nothing results. All of the interaction regarding both websites yielded nothing - they didn't build the websites. They would send stuff back for 'approval', yet I never got the website released to me. And then there's the social media marketing...I got leads that had incorrect info and none of the leads panned out...I don't even know where they posted the so-call 'Ads' they created.
And so here it is, 2022, March no doubt, and they are still trying to charge me. I've changed my financial situation, they haven't communicated with me in over four months, yet they are still trying to charge me. The email address isn't working; the phone number isn't working. So, I can't directly contact them and ask them to stop sending 'harassing emails' regarding a payment that is not due regarding a profesessional relationship that has been abandoned - by this shady company.
